Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our print provider’s part are covered at their expense. The return address is set by default to the print provider’s facility.
Returns must be sent to the address on the package or insert, not to the admin address seen on the contact page, which is not equipped to handle returns. Any products received at the admin address will have to be shipped back to you at your expense.
Refunds will be made back to the payment method you used to purchase your products if the reason for refund is deemed valid.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print provider’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print provider’s facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or if you have ordered the wrong size apparel. Make sure you refer to our size guides before making your choice.
