If you are not happy with your purchase, in the first instance, please contact us with your concerns or pictures of defects. If we determine your claim is valid, we will happily authorise a return and full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Any claims for refund or replacement must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our print provider’s part are covered at their expense. The return address is set by default to the print provider’s facility.

Returns must be sent to the address on the package or insert, not to the admin address seen on the contact page, which is not equipped to handle returns.

Refunds will be made back to the payment method you used, or a replacement sent out to you if you prefer.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print provider’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print provider’s facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and will do whatever we can to resolve any problems or concerns as quickly as possible.
