How long is order fulfilment time?

Fulfilment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfilment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.

More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Fulfilment time doesn’t include shipping. Fulfilment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days. Our fulfilment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee. Shipping time depends on how close you are to one of our printing facilities and possible delays at customs. Please allow up to 28 days for shipping, although it is rare that orders take this amount of time.

How Much is Shipping?

We calculate live rates in real time based on the size and weight of the shipment. You will see two shipping options at checkout:

  • Express (fast shipping).
  • Standard.

Keep in mind that all carriers require phone numbers for express delivery. If you choose Express shipping, be sure to include your phone number in the order in advance to avoid shipment holds. Printful chooses the most suitable carrier for your shipment, considering the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in the order confirmation email. At checkout, you will only see the available shipping options for your particular area. For example, if Express shipping is unavailable for a specific destination, you will only see the Standard rate.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Our print provider offers international shipping across the world. They don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, they don’t ship to the following destinations:

  • North Korea 
  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, Printful only able to ship products fulfilled in their Latvian facilities. Please note that the list of countries where we or our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change. 

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the sender, but most often it is due to a non-deliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the customer.  We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed, and give us an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs or had an incorrect address originally provided.

If your package does get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we’ve got your back! We’ll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to go, our print supplier hands it over to the carrier and sends you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via their tracking page.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

What if the product got damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to hello@gayboyswag.co.uk. Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image. We’ll have a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.

Why can’t I see any tracking info after my order has been shipped out?

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in your carrier’s system. Note that for international shipments, tracking info might appear even later. So don’t worry, your shipment is still on track for its destination.

Can you deliver orders to a PO Box?

Due to various restrictions placed on us by our print provider, we cannot send goods to a PO box address.

How are your products packaged for shipment?

The most commonly used packaging in our facilities is a post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailer. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer.

PCR plastics are made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles. Most of our PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and wrapping films.

The amount of PCR in the packaging differs for each fulfilment location, but it’s at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) poly mailer bags and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags used in multi-item shipments.

We’re starting to gradually switch to 90%–100% PCR plastic packaging for apparel products in our in-house facilities all over North America.

We use compostable eco mailers for all apparel orders fulfilled in Australia. These mailers have the supplier’s name and composting instructions on them.

Apparel orders in the Japanese and Chinese partner facilities are packaged in plastic mailers.
