Oily and Greasy Skin
Here’s a drug-free, alcohol-free, natural, gentle way to treat greasy and oily skin.
If you have oily or greasy skin you know how difficult it is to control without the use of harsh, skin-stripping alcohols or overly-drying soaps and detergents. Having skin that is excessively oily or greasy can make you very self-conscious. You worry about appearing ‘shiny’ or what someone will think if they touch your face.
If that wasn’t enough, oil and grease is prone to clog your pores which then encourages the growth of bacteria and the appearance of spots and black heads. The last thing oily and greasy skin needs is a cream or lotion containing vegetable or mineral oils as these will only add to the problem. Nighttime Skin Care
Good skin care for your face is very important, if you want beautiful glowing skin. Follow this routine and put your best face forward.
- Cleanse nightly with a cream cleanser to remove makeup and surface dirt. Use a soft cloth and lots of water.
- Steam your face by applying a soft cloth, soaked in hot water and run out slightly. This will help open the pores and release all in impurities.
- Exfoliate or follow with a good foaming cleanser for a deeper clean.
